Pay court fees
This tab is for the court, recorder, or agency fee when you have added our filing service and asked us to file for you. That money belongs to the court, so we pass it through at exact cost and accept it only by ACH bank transfer through Stripe, never by card. Our own preparation and filing service fees are paid by card under the Checkout tab.
One short step: acknowledge the court fee terms, then Pay now opens Stripe’s secure bank-transfer page. Receipt by email immediately; we confirm when it clears and file.

Your payment covers our preparation fee only. Court and agency fees are paid directly to the court or agency; see current court and agency fees. Invoice payments are for services under your signed agreement, and its payment terms apply: you may cancel by email or WhatsApp within 24 hours after payment is received (48 hours for multi-service orders) for a full refund; after that, fees are non-refundable, and rush work cannot be cancelled or refunded; and billing questions come to us first in writing at billing@entitleddocs.com. Disputes are resolved individually by arbitration or in small claims court, as the agreement provides.

If this was a court or agency fee by bank transfer, the transfer takes two to five business days to clear; we confirm in writing when it does, then file and send you the court’s receipt.
