Questions

Straight answers, before you ask

Are you a law firm or attorneys?+
No. Entitled Document Services is an Arizona document preparation service. The preparer is an Arizona Certified Legal Document Preparer, not an attorney, and is not employed by an attorney.
Can you give me legal advice?+
No. We can provide general legal and factual information and prepare the documents you select. We cannot advise you about your rights, options, defenses, or strategy, and we cannot tell you which form to file or how to answer the questions on it.
For immigration, do you choose my forms or decide if I qualify?+
No. We complete the USCIS forms you select using the information you provide. We do not assess eligibility, choose forms, interpret questions, or represent you before USCIS. For legal advice, consult a licensed immigration attorney or a U.S. Department of Justice accredited representative.
How much does it cost?+
Every service is a flat fee, listed on the Services page. There is no hourly billing. Court filing fees and government filing fees are set by the court or agency and paid separately.
What about court and USCIS filing fees?+
Those are paid directly to the court or agency, not to us. We tell you the current amounts so there are no surprises.
Where do you serve?+
Maricopa County and all of Arizona. Most work is handled online and by phone.
How long does it take?+
Most documents are ready within a few business days. If a deadline is close, add rush preparation for a 48-hour return.

About

Built on purpose

Entitled Document Services was founded to give Arizona families and individuals a clear, affordable way to prepare the documents that shape the most important moments of their lives.

Meet Sammijo Johnson

Sammijo Johnson is the founder of Entitled Document Services and an Arizona Certified Legal Document Preparer. She built the company on a simple premise: that meaningful help with legal paperwork should be accessible, transparent, and deeply attentive to the individual circumstances of every client.

A wife and mother of three daughters, Sammijo has called Arizona home since 2011 and lives in Phoenix. Her work is grounded in the belief that the court and immigration systems are hard enough to navigate without the paperwork being the part that defeats you.

She prepares every document with precision and genuine care, and she is always clear about what a document preparer can and cannot do. When a matter calls for legal advice or courtroom representation, she says so and points clients toward a licensed attorney.
