Paying court and agency fees

When we file for you, the court’s fee is paid by bank transfer through Stripe

If you add our filing service, we file or record your documents with the court, recorder, or agency on your behalf. Our filing service fee is paid by card at checkout with your other fees. The court’s own fee is different: it is passed through at exact cost, with no markup, and to keep card processing fees off money that is not ours, it is paid only by ACH bank transfer through Stripe. Acknowledge, pay now, done.

1. Acknowledge

Enter the court or agency, the documents, and the exact fee we quoted, then sign the short agreement below with your typed name.

2. Pay now by bank transfer

The Pay now button opens Stripe’s secure page, where you connect your bank account. ACH only, at exact cost, with no card fees and no markup. Stripe emails your receipt right away.

3. We file and send the receipt

ACH clears in two to five business days. We confirm in writing when it does, file or record your documents, and email you the court’s or recorder’s receipt.
