Your record does not have to be the end of the story

Arizona lets you ask the court to set aside a conviction, restore your civil rights, restore firearm rights, seal qualifying records, and reduce certain felonies to misdemeanors. These applications open doors to jobs, housing, and licensing. There is no court filing fee for a set-aside application, so our flat fee is the whole cost.

We prepare the applications you select and provide general legal information; filing with the court is available as an add-on service. We do not determine whether you qualify, advise you on which relief to seek, or appear at any hearing. Arizona law excludes some convictions from set-aside relief, including dangerous offenses, offenses requiring sex offender registration, offenses with a finding of sexual motivation, felonies with a victim under fifteen, and most driving offenses. If eligibility is unclear, please consult a licensed attorney. Granting relief is always the judge's decision.
