Personal service of petitions, complaints, summonses, and notices by an Arizona certified process server, with the affidavit of service prepared and filed so the court can see it was done. Available on its own, or as an add-on when we prepare your documents.

Serve fees depend on the location, the number of attempts, and the urgency, so every serve is quoted in writing after your service is booked and before anyone is sent out. Phoenix-metro serves are the most common; statewide, rush, and difficult serves are quoted the same way. Service is performed by an Arizona certified process server, and orders of protection are served by law enforcement at no charge.
