No. Entitled Document Services is not a law firm and we are not attorneys. Document preparation is provided by an Arizona Certified Legal Document Preparer, certified and regulated by the Arizona Supreme Court. We prepare the documents you select and provide general legal information, and we are always plain about the difference.
No. We cannot tell you which document to file, whether you qualify, or what strategy to use. Those questions call for a licensed attorney, and we are glad to suggest where to find one. What we do is prepare your chosen documents accurately, completely, and on time.
No. Only a licensed attorney or a U.S. Department of Justice accredited representative may give immigration legal advice or represent you before USCIS. You select the filings. We complete the forms using the information and decisions you provide. No somos abogados y no podemos dar asesoría legal.
Every document is a flat fee, published on this site, quoted in writing before you commit. Court filing fees and USCIS fees are set by the government, listed separately, and paid to the agency.

No. Arizona courts and USCIS require documents to be prepared and filed in English. Our service is fully bilingual: we work with you in Spanish, prepare your documents in English as required (you file them, or add our filing service), and certified English translations of Spanish-language supporting documents are available.
